IScore - Ischemic Stroke Predictive Risk Score

The IScore (Ischemic Stroke outcome predictive risk score) is a validated tool developed by Dr. Gustavo Saposnik & team that may assist clinicians to estimate the risk of death at 30-day and 1-year, functional outcomes and institutionalization at discharge during the initial assessment in the Emergency department or early after hospital admission for patients with an acute ischemic stroke. Furthermore, the iScore provides an estimation of the response to intravenous thrombolysis and risk of bleeding.
